We absolutely loved our stay at The Artiste Hotel in Kochi! The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location is perfect — we had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backwaters. It was so convenient having the PVR cinema and Forum Mall right next door — we watched a movie every evening and enjoyed shopping and great food. The dishes at both Meen and Artiste Restaurant were delicious, and even the food court in the mall was great for a quick bite. Everything was perfect — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi!

An absolutely beautiful hotel, an Oasis. Beautiful, authentic rooms filled with charm and comfort. Breakfast is a choice from menu, rich and very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and generous- we had a late night flight and they offered us a late checkout based on their possibility without us even asking and an option to open the spa for shower before we leave for the airport! The staff, including the boatman who greeted me upon arrival, were genuinely hospitable and attentive. The reception team made check-in effortless, and their warm smiles made me feel right at home. I also want to extend my gratitude to the accounting staff, who went above and beyond to assist me with my saree when I needed help. Their kindness and readiness to assist made all the difference. I also appreciated the janitorial staff, who maintained the premises impeccably and were always approachable if I had any questions or needed anything. Their attention to cleanliness and detail added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the resort. The food at Kondai Lip Heritage Resort was outstanding! The chefs provided a delightful array of options, and I was pleasantly surprised by how frequently the staff would call my room to check if I needed to order dinner. So I had a bit of a nightmare getting into India first as I applied late for my visa (my fault) 🙃 then had delayed flights and arrived super late (2am) I felt so bad but Rish (the manager) was an absolute legend and went out of his way to make sure I not only got to the hostel safe and sound but got my taxi driver to find some food for me before arriving and getting his friend to let me in! He helped me so much along the way with any questions and has been super friendly. The people I’ve met at the hostel have been absolute gems too we all settled in effortlessly and had such a nice time. The hostel is tucked away on a river which is super relaxing and surrounded by nature. It has a real nice vibe about it I would definitely recommend coming to stay here if you’re visiting Kochi :)
