From the moment we arrived we received outstanding care from the on-site concierge. Nothing was too much trouble - from house cleaning to laundry and help with the local food delivery services. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. AC in every room, kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and a water filter which meant that we did not have to buy bottled water. Beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was a bonus extra space to hang out in the evenings. WiFi was excellent. The location was great. You could get a cab directly to the door and it is walking distance to Ballygunge train station, a local supermarket, Gariathat and many restaurants and coffee houses. Would highly recommend!

This is by far my best stay experience in Kolkata. From day 1 till now, me and my wife are simply amazed by the beauty of the hotel, the hospitality and most importantly the people of this place. Everyone is super friendly and attends to each and every request of ours instantly. The foods we had tasted amazing as well. Must try the Mutton Dakbungalow & the Jamindari Thaali. A few names to mention - Chef Suvashish, Chef Bishwajit, Chef Kalyan, Munshi, Sunita, Ricky, Suparna, Kunal & Atanu (sorry if I have missed out a few names) everyone has been very welcoming and made sure we are having the best experience. They’ve done a splendid job indeed. Our love and best wishes for the team & the hotel. Highly recommend everyone to stay at least once during your stay in Kolkata.

The staffs at 31/32 were very nice and helped celebrate my husband's birthday. Varsha the cleaning lady was so sweet and polite. Breakfast was very nice, good variety and changes over the 3 days we were there.
