Really liked the location of the property - close to the airport and close to where I had my business meetings. I was stuck one evening trying to get an Uber for a dinner I was going to. Arjun from ITC's team was extremely helpful in speaking to the Uber driver and guiding him with directions. The Uber could not reach the hotel because of the excessive traffic in that direction so I walked to a point where the Uber could reach easily. Arjun came along and waited with me till the Uber came. I really appreciate him taking the time & being considerate to help me out! Exceptional service :)

One of the highlights was the clear, uninterrupted view of the airport — watching planes take off and land right from the room was a unique and memorable experience. The location is unbeatable — close to key attractions, shopping areas, and dining spots, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The building’s clubhouse was another big plus, offering top-notch amenities for fitness, leisure, and social activities. The host was warm, responsive, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Host was Rahul who himself is the owner and was really great to chat with him, I truly felt at home while enjoying the perks of a premium stay. Highly recommended for travelers who value comfort, technology, and convenience in a prime location!
