Our stay at this Assagao villa was wonderful. The property was beautiful, clean, and private which is exactly what we wanted. What truly made it special, however, was the exceptional service from the caretakers, Roshni and Alma. They were so attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. They gave us complete peace of mind and made our holiday feel completely effortless. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding personal service in Goa. We can't wait to return.

Lamrin Ucassaim exceeded all my expectations. The moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and attention to detail that this property is known for. The rooms are elegant, very clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The ambiance of the entire place is serene — ideal for anyone wanting privacy and relaxation. The staff deserves special appreciation. Their hospitality was exceptional, always prompt and genuinely caring. The quality of service, cleanliness, and overall experience felt truly premium. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Lamrin Ucassaim to couples, families, and solo travellers looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Goa. A delightful little hotel located within a tropical garden, the restaurant (from breakfast to dinner)  right on the beach, feet in the sand -holiday feel PUR. Very attentive staff.  In particular, Narendra spoilt us, while Alwyn did a great cleaning job. Yoga classes are offered on a deck with calming views over the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our days and are planning to return, hoping to find this new hotel in the same pristine condition.
