The best hotel I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at many). The view from my hotel balcony is unparalleled. The interior design is tasteful, the room was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Delicious and generous food at the restaurant. The chef, Harikrishnan. M, cooks with passion. Have to go back again. I already miss seeing the waterfalls from my bed.

Loved everything! The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant serves delicious food, and the view is breathtaking. The kids enjoyed the pool and the room was comfortable. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good. The staff’s reception was lovely, and their treatment was very polite. They were friendly and pleasant in their interactions. The hotel is clean and located in a beautiful area. The view of the waterfall from the restaurant and the flowing river is truly stunning. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the staff were excellent. We also enjoyed the sounds of the birds, seeing the eagles, and getting close to the monkeys.

The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

This place will be my go to place. I feel this should be the best stay if they maintain the same with everyone. Property was maintained exceptionally well and had almost everything we needed. Communication was great, Host was really good. All I can say is, If you are looking for a stay near CIAL, just go ahead with Dutch Heaven.
