We had a great time at this hotel. They were very willing to help out in any thing we needed. When the air conditioning system didn't work in our room they very quickly rushed to upgrade us to a suite which was amazing. The restaurant had very nice breakfast a la carte and was very tasty We had lunch too at the restaurant which was also very good. I'd like to point out Surabah in particular in the restaurant who was magnificent and gave great service. The lady at the reception was also very helpful in both giving directions and ordering Tuk Tuk for us. The private beach of the hotel is a treat and we just enjoyed our time there so much. The only thing I would imporve and I think they are working on it is the path leading from the parking lot to the hotel (not a short one) and in the evening it's a bit tricky to walk on the rocks and sometimes in complete darkness so that needs to imporve. Other than that - perfect vacation at a perfect spot.
