Super host with a cute french accent, the accommodation it's 10/10 clean, spacious, beautiful with super attention to detail, very energy sustainable in the same time warm and friendly, a TRUE GEM!!! Quiet and calm you can have coffee outside in the garden while you smell the freshly roasted coffee in the morning .The rooms so chic and they smell so good. WOW SO IMPRESSED! Such a lovely B&B - the room was beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, and Phil the owner was absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping us arrange transport into Bunclody from Clonegal, and for the delicious breakfast! If we are ever in Bunclody again we'll definitely come back here. A very memorable stay!

Beautiful location, room was out of this world. Compact but exceptionally finished. Incredible view, outdoor shower was super cool. Would have loved a hot tub, that would just make the place next level. Couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but they did let us check in early so it wasn’t quite ready, but in all honesty wish we had stayed longer and had a proper off grid few days. Will 100% be back

We just spent the weekend here. And it was perfect. Carmel and Dean are the most generous and caring hosts I have ever come across. Their house is perfect and they made sure we had everything we needed. We were a family group ranging in ages for 2 - 80 years. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beautiful bedrooms. And so many varied facilities and activities. All the kids/teens were fully occupied all weekend. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is beautiful and peaceful countryside and really close to local town and beach. Couldn’t recommend this house more. Can’t wait to go back. Louise
