The apartment was clean/fresh and very well refurbished, comfy couch and bed - good ventilation and there was an AC in both the bedroom and living room. The microwave, fridge and simple utilities, There was simple toiletries provided and basic condiments which was super helpful. The filtered water tank had both hot and cold options, The view was beautiful at any time of the day. Loved that there was some local restaurants but also Indomart/Alfimart at the ground apartment. Safe area to walk around, my fiance and I were able to take a short safe walk to Summarecon Serpong Mall during the early evenings. It was also super convenient that there was a laundry service nearby within the apartment compound.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is well located in the Sudirman district and on top of Ashta mall. The breakfast buffet is a great spread, the staff are attentive and remember you, and gym also has a lot of good facilities. The rooms are charming with a good view. Overall a great stay. Ps for those who do not know Sudirman has a car free day on Sunday mornings so cabs cannot come to the hotel. Would recommend getting a grab bike or walking out of the area before ordering a grab!

Wonderful hotel. Big and beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Especially Ms Dea from the reception. She was awesome. She remembered my name everytime she saw me. She was really nice. Internet was good too. The toilet even was awesome :))
