All the staff was great. Thanos, the spa, pool bar, restaurant, frontdesk and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful, always trying to make the best of our stay. The rooms and hotel facilities are excellent and very clean. The breakfast is amazing! We totally recommend staying at Palladium.

Everything, first of all the kindness, the hospitality of all the staff Irina, Niki, Joanna, Dimitra and all the guys of the restaurant Il Mare. We felt at home, so spoiled and loved, hotel was so clean, room was very large, so beautiful, tidy, new, aesthetically pleasing, you can enjoy a mood of serenity and relax, you complete recharge in 2 pools, the warm pool and the pool on the rooftop. And the view is absolutely stunning. We miss a lot Iria, we never experienced a vacation like that and we really want to come back before the end of the season. Thank you all we love you❤️

Perfect place to relax and have a good holiday. Our suit was amazing with all the facilities. View from our balcony was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially Greg. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and were especially blown away by the incredible staff. A special shoutout to David, who was so sweet and kind throughout our visit – he truly made us feel welcome and cared for. We also really appreciated Savvas, the hotel manager, who kindly gave us a free upgrade that made our trip feel extra special. Such a thoughtful gesture! The location is very convenient – just a 10-minute drive to town and only 5 minutes from the airport, which made arriving and departing super easy. Overall, a lovely stay with standout service – we’d definitely come back!

Everything about this hotel was superb. The interior is very modern, clean and fresh. The pool area and sun bed facilities were great, as was the gym. The staff in the hotel were outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for us. Our flight was not until late but the staff moved things around to allow us to check out at 9pm that day (wow!). The breakfast team were great and always keen to help and make sure you have everything you need. The housekeeping were faultless also.
