Everything was amazing. This hotel was the best I have stayed in all my many trips of Greece and I have visited Athens several times and many of the islands! The staff go out of their way to meet all your needs. The food is exceptional, very fresh and with ample options of local cuisine. In all our stay no two meals were the same in fact the buffet is very well planned to have different dishes at every meal! Everything is fresh, local and abundant. The attention to detail is amazing! Children are well catered for and the rooms are impeccably clean! All the staff from the Hotel general manager, the owners and their extended family, the reception staff, the entertainment, housekeepers, chefs, cooks, waiters and barmen are all amazing people and go out of their way to meet and greet all guests and are constantly asking if we need anything and constantly smiling. This hotel is a true gem and probably Crete’s best kept secret! The location next to Preveli and Kourtaliotiko Gorge is very convenient and really enhances the unique Cretan experience! This Hotel is well worth a stay and I really hope we will have an occasion to come back!

We booked the apartment for the view and it definitely did not disappoint. The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for a family of 4. A lovely and peaceful location that is a short drive to beaches and nearby villages. Petros was a kind and responsive host - and he makes delicious Greek coffee. Wish we had booked more than 2 nights - would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Petros!

First of all, for all those who are undecided: Wait no more, Rethymno is a beautiful place on Crete and a very good starting point for many activities! And when you stay in Rethymno, Erotokritos Luxury Suites is a very recommendable address! The Suites are located directly in the Center of Rethymno and we enjoyed our stay very much! The cozy atmosphere of the apartment and the jacuzzi on the private balcony helped us relax a lot ;) Very friendly and courteous staff. Good communication in advance and during our stay (We really appreciate the hint for a good parking spot and recommending us the Koo Koo Café for breakfast and thank you for the delicious farewell present!).

This has to be one of the finest places to stay anywhere in Crete. We wanted somewhere small where you get the personal touch, yet somewhere operating to luxury standards. Here we got both. By the end we got to know all the staff who were exceptional. Nowhere have I felt more relaxed than here in 25 years of travelling. Location is perfect for easy access to the whole of wonderful Plakias.
