Exceptional landscape and excellent facilities. The en suite swimming pool was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally polite and dedicated. The food in the Mediterraneo and the Sinzei Restaurant was phenomenal!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel over the Christmas holidays. The property itself is stunning—tastefully designed, impeccably clean, and it offered the perfect cozy atmosphere for the festive season. I particularly loved the accommodation, very beautiful and cosy apartment, the beautiful garden with olive trees and exotic flowers it was so peaceful to sit there and look out at the blue sea. ​What truly made my stay unforgettable was the host, Dimitris. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, ensuring every detail was taken care of with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find a place that combines such a high level of style with such warm, authentic hospitality. ​The location was perfect, the vibes were amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend Christmas in Greece. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a unique and personal hotel experience. I will definitely be back also in the summer !

The property is located right on the beach, it is a 1-minute walk to the private Elpiniki beach with the cleanest sea, where there are sunbeds and umbrellas that you can use as guests of Elpiniki apartments. It's not crowded, it's very private and peaceful. Location is very calm, you need to walk about 15 minutes to the center of Nea Potidea. Everything was great, the room was very clean and new. There is also smart TV, on which we logged into Netflix and enjoyed the nights we were staying in the room. We will definitely come again.

For me, everything about this property was perfect. Collected from Bus Station on arrival, taken there on return. Everything very clean. Plenty of hot water, good shower strength. Close to supermarket, bars, restaurants, beach. Outside relaxation tables/chairs.

The owners and personnel at Aqua Luxury Villas were kind and helpful, promptly answering all our emails and greeting us properly. However, there was a lack of communication regarding where to leave the keys upon departure. Fortunately, I encountered one of the staff members who informed me that another staff member was downstairs to assist.

We were welcomed with a smile at Elpiniki Luxury Apartments! Exceptional hosts who made our five-day stay unforgettable! Very clean, cozy and comfortable place to rest! The apartments have everything you need. The beach is unique, especially in the morning at sunrise. There are shops, cafes and great taverns within a 5-7 minute drive! Elpiniki we will come back to you again!
