We had a lovely vacation at this property and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was there to welcome us very worm with nice treats and very nice surprises that you usually not get when booking properties. The kitchen was fully equipped for those who like to cook and that was a big plus. The apartment was nicely decorated and with a very personal feel and also, it was perfect clean with all that you need for a vacation at the sea, everything was in very good condition. Towels were also changed and we thank the host for that. The garden is so nice and all the plants were so carefully cared for and loved, that accompanied by the beautiful sea view made staying and dining outside a delight. Evenings were nice and quiet and we slept like babies :) We also thank for the board games, we spent some nice time playing chess! In few words, everything was perfect and I am sure others will feel the same if they book this apartment! We will return for sure, when we come again to Kavala! We wish the host the best and we thank her for such attention to details that made our stay so nice and comfy. Adrian & Cristina

New and comfortable furniture. Location in a quiet area. There is a taverna in the street with excellent food and decent prices. Don't know how often the room is cleaned or garbage is taken out. There is a rather small parking lot and if you are not in a group you have to expect that someone who wants to get out may call you...or vice versa. Iridium is a EU funded housing project aimed at refurbishing 100+ year old houses. It is accomplished with a greatvsence of respect for original materials. The views from the room - Iris - are spot on like on the fotos. The apartment is at a stone’s throw from the yacht harbor right in the old town of Kavala. It has everything you need for a self-cateted stay: fridge, coffee machine… The rooms are spacious and would fit a family of 4. Charis, the owner, has plenty of recommendations, be it for beaches, restaurant, you name it. They took always only a few minutes to answer any requests. We will definitely return and will never stay anywhere else but at Iridium.

Beautifully furnished apartment perfect for a couple or a family with children. There was everything necessary for your stay, even a detergent for the washing machine. They left for us some sweet treats and juices. The apartment was very clean. It’s very close to a free parking and to a supermarket. You have the beach just outside the building but I don’t recommended because it’s dirty. You can find very nice beaches nearby. The location is very good, it’a walkable distance from the port where you can find the main restaurants.
