Generally the staff was very helpful. Especially receptionist Luka was utmost helpful, even we booked room with king size bed, he changed it to a room with 2 king size beds without additional charge as we are a family with 3 person. He arranged the breakfast after coordination with restaurant staff for 8 AM instead of 9 AM. His team arranged a free parking slot near the hotel which is a bit challenging in the proximity of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were really comfortable. We would like to stay at Hotel Aisi again next time when we visit Batumi another time.

I booked the Orbi City Hotel. There are many hotels in Batumi, but I chose this one because the price of the hotel is low and there are all the necessary things that you need. I contacted the owner of the apartment and soon my accommodation happened. It was on a high floor and it was nice that the balcony of my room had a view of the sea and the city. The apartment was clean and the bed linen was white. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is truly unique – isolated on a cliff facing the sunset, surrounded by nature with stunning sea views. The infinity pool and the other facilities, including the diverse spa center, the entertainment area with bowling and billiards, and the beautiful private beach, made the stay even more special. I really loved our time at Royal House Kvariati. The location was amazing, our host was extremely friendly, and checking in/out was very convenient! Everything was as advertised and the price was more than fair for the value of the rental. The rooftop was my favorite, such great views and the lights/furniture is a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot!
