Such amazing staff ,location tidy clean just an amazing stay,my partner left her boots they're posting them on to her ,just such a great hotel . We couldn't get food in the town in the evening and hotel restaurant was fully booked but them feed us in the bar area which was most kind

We could not have asked for more. The owners are very friendly, the room vast, extremely well equipped, clean and super-comfy. The breakfast was also superb, and lots of nice veggie and vegan options. Again, the staff super helpful and friendly. The location is extremely convenient. That does mean parking nearby is not as straightforward as if further out, but we had no problem at all finding short-stop and off-peak spaces very close to the Olive Branch. We would definitely recommend here if looking for a luxury B&B.

Everything, a piece of paradise! It's very rare to get this close to the sea. Nespresso machine a good touch. Everything I needed was here. Great bus links to local towns, and had some really good walks from here getting the bus back. Loved the comfy chaise long by the window for reading and watching the every changing sea.

The breakfast was excellent.The location was in an old building mentioned in The Doomsday Book on a country lane above the port in the oldest part of Instow. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.It is 10 min downhill walk to the main part of Instow and pubs, eateries and beaches
