Great location with easy access to bus stops or metro. Nearby park with playground. Location quiet and peaceful. Christian showed us around the apartment and gave us a lot of important information. The apartment is very spacious, fast wifi, Smart TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet separately. In the bathroom a very large bathtub and shower. Ideal place to explore Marseille and the surrounding area.

The view from the apartment was good overlooking the harbour, with a balcony. The apartment was modern and well maintained. The location was excellent walking distance to the main sites of Marseilles, the shops and restaurants.The host was outstanding, nothing was to much.Booked a restaurant and a hair appointment. Even came to the apartment and walked me to the hairdressers. During our stay ,he checked to see if we needed anything.A very generous host.

Everything! Sylvie & Jean are incredible hosts. They really make your stay special - a fantastic breakfast on the first day, going over and above for recommendations and knowledge, and a genuine helpfulness. The property is fantastic, in a great location. The pool and outside space is amazing, the interior is high spec and equipped with everything you need for self-catering, and a great air conditioning system (needed in the heat of a Summer stay). This was an exceptional apartment. It was spotless,comfortable and well equipped. The garden was beautiful and the swimming pool was brilliant. The large supermarket was a 15 minute walk. The view from the house was amazing and it is near to lots of hiking trails.The host, Marian, made us very welcome and provided us with lots of of information about the local area. We can't wait to return.

Les Floralies is an amazing property with excellent hosts. It is beautifully presented, everything you could need is provided (towels, bed linen, cleaning products, toilet rolls, coffee, tea etc etc). Communication prior to arrival was very detailed and timely, with location and key details perfect and stress free. Small but significant details, like the host popping in and turning the heating up prior to our arrival time was very thoughtful & appreciated! The property is very very spacious, tastefully decorated, and really well equipped. The location was ideal for us, very central for walking everywhere, but also with the Metro and Tram stops immediately outside the building door. This does mean it's a busy, lively and sometimes a noisy location (National Police Dept opposite so car sirens going off a lot). For some people this noise might not be appreciated, however for us it's part of the city buzz and vibe! The apartment is on the 4th floor, serviced by stairs and a small lift; again not a problem for us, but might be a challenge for some. Overall I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment and hosts. If we visit Marseille again this is my first stop to see if this apartment is available. Thank you for a fantastic, stress free and beautiful stay.

Frederic is a really kind and helpful host. He does everything to feel good during the stay, gives advises what is worth to go and see. The flat is above expectations, very comfortable and it is close to everything, most of the places can be reached by walk in 20-30 min.
