A lovely property that made an excellently comfortable base for myself and my teenage son. The apartment is well laid out and very clean and spacious. It had all the facilities we needed. The views of the mountains are amazing. Regina was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She was very flexible with our check-in arrangements, which changed considerably due to our flight being delayed by three hours. Banyuls-sur-Mer is a friendly seaside town with a great choice of restaurants and has good transport links by bus and rail to other places of interest.

The facilities were modern and clean, with charming decor that made every corner feel cozy and special. The house was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room was especially comfortable, guaranteeing us a restful sleep every night. Additionally, the views from our window were spectacular, adding an extra touch to our stay. We also greatly appreciated the location of the accommodation, which allowed us to easily explore the surroundings and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We stayed in the Bourgainvillea gite for a week long holiday and loved every minute! The gite is gourgously decorated, spotlessly clean and fitted out with everything you could ever need (best appointed accommodation we have had in Europe :) When not out exploring the area we spent hours soaking up the sun, cooking dinners on the webber BBQ and swimming in the large heated pool. Perfect home like base to explore the many many wonderful attractions in the area, Thuir, Castelnou, Collioure etc all reachable in 20-40 minute's. Our hosts where kind, helpful and hit the right mix of being on site but giving you all the privacy to enjoy your stay. 100% recommend.
