A really sweet hotel with really lovely staffs! He let us earlier check in, and give us ideas what we can do during our stay, always helping♥️ Location is great, right inside of old town but not on main street which can be a bit crowded, close to everything. Room is really clean and quite and with a comfortable bed, I wish I have stay longer! We will l come back next time when we in Alcudia again!

What a fantastic experience with Diego as our host! His authentic hospitality was truly refreshing and made our stay unforgettable. Not only did he greet us with a warm welcome, but his humor added a fun and lively atmosphere to our time there. Moreover, the in-depth conversations we had with him were really enriching. Not only did Diego demonstrate a deep understanding of his surroundings, but he also shared valuable insights that made our trip even more fascinating. Also Rianne was top! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing, the beds are really comfy, the service is impeccable.

The room was amazing, with a huuuuge bathroom. Of course, you've seen the pool pictures, but it's even more amazing in person. There are actually two pools, and since they’re in the yard, it stays super warm there even when it’s windy outside. The sunshine would warm us up, and we could just lay on the tanning beds feeling suuuper cozy. The staff deserves an extra shout out for being super helpful and nice. I don’t know if anyone else can relate, but there was a sparkling water machine in the bar/coffee area, so I had access to unlimited sparkly water, yay :D free and nice coffee every morning too. The breakfast is made to order, which is really nice. The room was cleaned every day and so nicely, honestly the whole staff is super talented and seems to really enjoy what they do. In general, the hotel is in the historical center of Alcúdia, and it feels extra special to stay there. If I ever come back to Mallorca, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else honestly. And a small but very important thing - I accidentally left my necklace in a bathrobe, and they found it! They’re even posting it back to me. Just amazing service, I feel so lucky. 🧷 tip for pro hikers - visit the Platja des Coll Baix, hard to get to, but so worth it

The hotel is a the perfect get away destination. Located just 150m away from the beach - it completely isolates you from the swarm of tourists, and you feels nice, safe and quiet inside the hotel grounds. The rooms were fantastic, staff exceptional, and the facilities remarkable. Breakfast and dinner was restaurant level, and during a 8 days stay - there were no repeating dishes ! Amazing evening entertainment. Plenty of sun beds for all visitors - no running in the morning to reserve beds with towels (its actually against hotel policy !) Hotel not massive, so you don't feel too overcrowded, and no kids - so the environment is very calm and relaxed.

This 5 Star hotel is spectacular. The design and comfort of the public areas and of the rooms are exceptional. I'm not sure how old it is, but it seems new. Everything was in such good condition. The staff greeting was warm, informative, and helpful. Somehow, we were upgraded to a suite. Large and with a view to the sea. Much appreciated. The next time we stay here, we will book an identiccal room. Well worth it. Breakfast was plentiful, unique and of high quality. The waitstaff were so effieient and friendly. The location is perfect for a beach stay in Alcudia. Highly recommended.

Everything about our stay was perfection. From the welcome drinks and the introduction to the area by a member of the team (including recommendations for activities in the area & local restaurants), to the exquisite design of the hotel, which has respected & highlighted the original features of the building, to the tranquil pool area. Every detail was considered & the stay really did feel so luxurious. The staff were wonderful & we were very sad to say goodbye to this beautiful hotel - we’re already planning our next trip back.
