Host sent me the code the day I arrived and it opened a lock box at the door. Couldnt have been easier. The property was spacious and clean with fresh linen and towels waiting for us. There was some basic amenities such as tea and coffee etc waiting for us. The message from the host detailed key information about the area which was really useful. We were a family of 5 and my 3 children adored their stay. The pool is a nice size for a family and the outdoor kitchen area was perfect for dinner time. Everything we could have needed was in the apartment You are a very short walk from a number of shops and there are takeaways active in the area. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and in that area you have multiple dining options too

We are a family of 5 from the UK - the kids are aged 7, 9 and 11. The property exceeded our expectations. That's always a good start! The host communicated very well before and during our stay. We had one minor issue: we needed a new ball for the tabletop football - the host's representative brought three within a few minutes. Brilliant customer service. Other key points: 1. Very clean and lots of fresh towels. 2. The pool was heated and was a good size. 3. The property has two living spaces, which is excellent as my wife and I occasionally had to send work-related e-mails. The property has excellent soundproofing between the two living spaces. 4. Excellent Wi-Fi - kids were on iPads, no issues. 5. Excellent, large, modern Samsung TV with Netflix and Amazon for those with subscriptions. 6. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee pod machine (Dolce Gusto) 7. Two good bathrooms, one with a bath and OHS, the other a walk-in shower. 8. The mattress in the double room was excellent. This also has a TV too and is en-suite. 9. The villa is very private and is not overlooked. We didn't hear anyone on our entire 10-night trip. 10. The security gate is excellent. Controlled access for cars and pedestrians. I hope this helps you when deciding where to stay. For the record, we've booked again, so that, I guess, is the gold-standard review.

A 5 star experience from start to finish, exceptional service & food in buffet area daily. Location is excellent with a bus service right outside hotel to travel to other areas of island. In-house care hire was excellent & so much information to hand.. Hotel has its own app you can download on arrival which tells you everything going on throughout your stay in terms of activities to what's on the menu.
