Hotel with it's own identity, feels like walking in a Spanish plaza from old movies. Friendly staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great food. Exactly like in the pictures. As a family hotel, we thought it could be a bit loud, but actually the hotel's layout is done in a sense that children will have their dedicated areas which ends up leaving some more quiet/chill areas if you are searching for a relaxing holiday. Will return.

I travel a lot, and I’ve never given any hotel a 10 out of 10 — but this hotel absolutely deserves it. First, the location is unbeatable in Maspalomas: right on the beachfront with direct access to the dunes. The staff, from the reception (especially Sara) to the restaurant team and everyone working throughout the hotel, are exceptional. They’re incredibly welcoming and truly make you feel at home. I booked a half-board stay, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing. The food quality was excellent, with a huge variety of options. The view from my room was outstanding. Honestly, you barely need to leave the hotel because everything you could want is right there. This hotel pays attention to every little detail. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again because they truly deserve every cent they charge — and by the way, the price is very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Well done, and keep up the great work!

The location was fantastic – you have plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as within the resort itself. It’s a perfect place to enjoy dinner and then take a nice evening walk, since the resort also has a kind of shopping area where you can spend time and relax. The hotel is directly by the sea, and you can see the ocean right from the property, which makes the view and atmosphere truly special. The resort itself feels like a palm tree oasis, with beautiful landscaping that gives you the impression of being in a tropical paradise. The large infinity pool was another highlight I really enjoyed.

We have stayed in several luxury hotels in Gran Canaria, this one is the most impressive, especially for the commun areas. The infinity pool is splendid. The entire hotel complex is vast and beautiful. The breakfast and dinner included are so abundant and serviced in nicely decorated halls. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is very clean and luxurious. The Parc with huge Pools is very green with lots of plants. Lots of cats live there and the Lopesan group takes care of them (Vaccination and Other medical things, food ...). Although there are more than thousand people it is always quiet and relaxed. The Breakfast and Dinner Buffet is huge and has a great choice. The Rooms are big and comfy. The Hotel is very close to the beautiful beach.

Property’s facilities are just fascinating. The infinity pool is just great, the premises are very fancy and give sense of luxury. The territory is spacious, near by there is a bus stop so one can easily get around. The food provided by half-board is good quality, a lot of alternatives to choose from.

We had a sea view room on the top floor, which was fantastic. Beautiful views overlooking the beach and pool. The room was luxurious. The beds were so soft and comfy. The infinity pool is gorgeous and so warm. There was a decent fridge with complimentary water provided. We ate in the buffet for dinner on two nights, and it was decent. We also ate in an Italian restaurant on the beach a couple of times and the food was outstanding. We would definitely return to this hotel.
