The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave lots of recommendations of what to see and where to eat. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean. When we booked into our room, there was cake and a bottle of cava to celebrate a birthday which was really thoughtful and unexpected. The location was perfect, right next to the river and the Guggenheim museum.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the shopping street, just steps away from the Old Town, with bars and restaurants literally around the corner. Plus, the Guggenheim Museum is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal spot for exploring the city. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always ready to answer questions and accommodate any requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference! If you have the time, I highly recommend visiting the spa—the treatments were absolutely excellent and added an extra touch of relaxation to my trip. Overall, a perfect hotel for both comfort and convenience. I will definitely be coming back! 😊✨

Very comfortable hotel with good size rooms, clean, comfortable bed, pillows, all facilities in the room. Very quick elevators. Very good location: close to the center and in a quite place, near the park. Very friendly helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts. I liked everything in this hotel. If I am in Bilbao again, definitely this is the place I’d like to stay.

A beautiful location overlooking the bay. The hotel is charming and I loved the decor. Great restaurant in the gardens and a covered restaurant downstairs. Top notch hotel in an old castle up on cliffs. Excellent attention to detail. Great price for 5 star luxury. Getxo is an absolutely charming town.
