Staying at Steigenberger Alcazar was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent – staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the pools as well as the beach area created a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. I would like to give special thanks to Alina from the guest relations team for her exceptional support and warm attitude. She made our stay even more memorable and ensured we felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

We liked everything about this homely and friendly hotel. The staff always were courteous and helpful and looked after us really well - especially Mahomad, the head waiter at the main restaurant who spoiled us at every meal. We also loved our spacious family apartment and could not find fault anywhere. The pools, the beach, the sea….we had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful hotel.

The facilities are excellent with 2 great pools and everything you need on site. The apartment itself is clean, modern, with strong wifi and is a perfect location. A taxi was even organised by Ahmed to take us to the airport. He was very helpful. So convenient. Absolutely everything you need. Mohamed the owner went above and beyond and helped us when we were in a real spot of trouble. We had mislaid our passports and were flying home that day. He drove us in his own car to pick the passports up and back. He is truly a hero in our eyes and a true gentleman. He also has a beautiful family so is a man you can truly trust. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly highly recommend :-)

This was a wonderfully furnished apartment that greatly exceeded my expectations. The apartment is huge and everything is very comfortable. The owner was incredibly nice and was able to accommodate us.

Max is a great guy, the perfect host who will always make sure you have a comfortable stay. The apartments had a beautiful suntrap balcony and the decor in both apartments was very good. Everything was explained and I was very well looked after. I will return to Sharm and I will always use Max @ Delta Sharm now. The pools and the gardens are amazing, so beautiful and are always being maintained by staff. I was travelling alone but felt completely safe. Max accommodated a late check out which meant a change of apartment but this one was just as good 👍 I miss the Sharm ☀️ already and Max's great personality. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday ❤️ See you soon 😊

Hotel Cleopatra Luxury Resort,(adults only) truly deserves 5 stars. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that our vacation was exceptional, as well as our stay at the hotel. I would especially like to commend Waleed Abdel Moneim from the restaurant, Mohamed Ahmed from the Pool/ Asian Bar, and Alex from the Animation Team, who truly bring soul to the hotel and make your stay unforgettable

Amazing hotel, best service I ever received. Clean, quiet, and although the hotel was full it was not felt. Butler Extraordinaire - Muhammad: My stay was elevated to a level of sheer perfection thanks to the exceptional service provided by Muhammad. He is not just a butler; he is a true magician of hospitality. Muhammad anticipated my every need and desire, often before I even realized them myself. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for my comfort were second to none.

This hotel is exceptional. True 5 stars. Food is exceptional, in fact their food deserves Michelin stars! Beer is of highest quality too, you never feel bad in the morning. Staff is very well trained and have good manners. Guys at the beach bar are hard-working and very quick to serve fruit plates, beer, etc right to your sunbed. Overall: this is one of the best hotels in Egypt.
