Of the four places we stayed over our two week holiday this was the best place. It had everything: kitchen, lounge, bedroom with space around both sides of the bed, comfortable bed, an en-suite bathroom and a veranda with good views. Downstairs we had good breakfasts each day. So all good. Bonus was a genuine manager who knew the local area.

Have to say, the stay overall was amazing. The Fuchs family were very hospitable and friendly, welcoming us and explaining about the place, activities to do around and more. The rooms are extremely spacious (thanks for the complimentary upgrade), quiet and comfy. Although this is a family run place, we felt right at home and there wasnt any privacy issues. Breakfast was lovely (Thanks Ben). Plenty of activities to do around (The fuchs recommended different things to do around) if you take a bus (nothing much near the premise except small hiking trails, or the town nearby) - Ask the team for the free bus ticket, they will issue it for you. Bus station is just 15 mins walking. Overall it was an amazing stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. (Note to the family, Thanks for the recommendation about Lake Chimsee, we went there and loved it).

Marnix is extremely helpful and friendly.. He is definitely happy to host his guests and ensure they are having a good time. Stay was also offering Chiemgau card which allows you to discover the area with many attractions, it was definitely add-on offering from the hotel. This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed. Everything was top-notch—from the immaculate, beautifully designed apartment to the cozy atmosphere and breathtaking views from the balcony. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with high-quality appliances that made using them a genuine pleasure. The attention to detail throughout the space was remarkable. Most memorable of all were our hosts: warm, genuine, and incredibly passionate about sharing their hometown. Their enthusiasm was infectious and made the stay feel truly special. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. It was serene, beautifully crafted, and full of heart.

The meals were excellent, enjoyed the Austrian local pastries and fresh jam/ variety of cheese. Excellent location in the mountains, easy to travel to nearby landmarks with car, close to Ramsu, the local village in walking distance; very quite area with beautiful mountain view and exceptional service and dinings, would definitely revisit the place in the future.
