A beautiful hotel, really well designed. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the road outside - and superb soundproofing. The window seat is a nice touch! I loved the electric curtains and blinds, too. The free mini bar was good too, it saved us buying drinks for the daytime. Another plus is the restaurant - great service, decent food.

The hotel is lovely, the lobby has a nice atmosphere and is perfect for an afternoon tea. The staff was very nice and helped me every way they could after my flight kept being cancelled. Some of the reviews mentioned the room was a bit small, I feel the pictures actually don’t do the room justice, the room was lovely, it was not extremely spacious but this is a city hotel and it had all the comforts I expected from a Kempinski. A special thank you to the concierge who organised alternative travel arrangements at the last minute.
