The hotel has great location: at a quite area, but at the same time close to the city centre. Amazing view on an Orthodox church just across the road. The staff are very welcoming, and the hotel has a nice sauna & a swimming pool. Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing hotel, five-star amenities, five-star service! When parking and picking up luggage, there is a waiter waiting in the parking lot. When we see that we are Chinese, we will say hello in Chinese, which makes us feel very good! The manager George is a very good person, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. My family and I feel that it is my favorite hotel in the whole itinerary. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

Karlovy Vary is one of the destinations everybody should visit! it is a very beautiful clean and save town full of history, good rests and attractions. the hotel Pupp is the legendary historical hotel. so there was not even a question where to stay during our visit. It fulfils all your high expectations: starting from a welcoming smooth check in and the spectacular room with an amazing view, ending with a small thank you gift by a hotel at the check out. We couldn’t be more happy with a stay! Ther room was huge, bright with a lot of windows, Spa area is amazing! food and the cocktails at the restaurant were beyond the expectations! highly recommend Pupp as a part of Karlovy Vary visit experience.

amazing place to stay. Staff were very helpful and polite. Tomas the manager of the hotel is an asset to this place. he is professional, caring and attentive to guests making sure everyone is well looked after. Food was good too.

The staff were really attentive and friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable, just as in the pictures. Everything we needed was there and even the minibar was actually reasonably priced. We booked massages (best to do it a few weeks in advance) and at first they told us that me and my partner can't have massages at the same time, but later when they probably added another masseuse for that date, they still remembered our request and could do our procedures at the same time – and we both really enjoyed our massages. The parking was simple and had plenty of empty spaces. The breakfast had enough variety. Someone mentioned a music playing in the halls we also had a speaker right behind our door, but it was not very loud and seemed to be off during the night time. Would definitely visit again.

That was a truly amazing experience and I liked my stay very much. The place was very recently renovated, keeping authentic beauty of the old building. There’s a lot of care to details and rooms are very comfortable - you’ll definitely like to spend some time inside. Hotel has a lot of extra facilities, like a very good restaurant and bar. Special thanks to amazing staff of Hotel Rudolf II. Your dedication and genuine care to guests wellbeing is highly appreciated.

The apartment is nice, and super-clean. Everything was in like-new condition. Excellent value for money. Great location, with a beautiful view of the city. The Colonnades and springs are just a few minutes walk away, and local bus station is also just a few meters away, if you don't want to walk on foot.

Historic, one of a kind location. Exudes traditional luxury and exceptional service. Spa treatments were fantastic. The entire staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Food was great at the meat and bone restaurant, the cafe Pupp and in the main restaurant. Room was amazing and bed super comfortable. Would recommend trying to get a room in the riverside building to get the full Pupp experience.

The first impression is "outstanding". Staff is extremely professional, there is an overall feeling of a real 5-star hotel. Facilities are amazing, quality is superb, and the dining experience is similar to that you would get in a Michelin-star restaurants, but, there is a But. PS. Massage experience is nice (not amazing but definitely not bad) but Spa section is quite basic

Although the room is not very large, it is very comfortable with the high ceiling and very clean, with an old charm. Cafe Pupp and the breakfast are very good. Much better price quality to compare with similar 5 stars hotel in Prague. We will come back.

absolutely stunning hotel. One of the best in Karlovy Vary. everything was 5 stars to me. Would definitely come back. Great spa, we had the apartment which was very spacious and beautiful. Clean throughout the whole hotel. staff very friendly.

Impressive historical hotel with exceptional service and great location. The diner in the restaurant was also memorable - very tasty and decorated on the plate with incredible perfection up to the tiniest bit. For us, a truly remarkable stay.
