Everything! This is a beautiful very spacious hotel that offers everything. The Staff here are among the best we encountered on our 6 week journey. The dining was great with an extensive delicious menu. The pool area, cabanas, kids playground & gorgeous gardens were very enjoyable. Even though this hotel is near the airport it is quiet & has a nice country feel. Definitely a great choice & we really enjoyed our stay.

We upgraded to a cabana and were so glad we did - the sense of space and peace was amazing. The food is outstanding quality, from the amuse bouche, to the fresh ingredients used from the gardens. The rum tasting was a fabulous experience, delivered expertly with humour, ease and in which I learnt so much - thank you Fabian.

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. They helped booking the transportation. The room was very clean and well designed. I particularly liked the mindfulness in terms of ecology. Amazing Hotel at a very good location in the Poblado district. Our room was very spacious and clean with wonderfull views over the city. Very friendly and polite personnel. The breakfast was excellent. Also need to mention that Mr. John at the reception helped us all the time to get around as we are not spanish language speakers.

I’m allergic to pig meat and the hotel doesn’t provide another choice for the ham. I like the eggs with ham, turkey or chicken ham, and because of this I couldn’t have the breakfast I usually have. To me the breakfast is very important!
