This place is a gem! The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. The property is stunning with all of the amenities and beyond: jacuzzi, pool, sauna, bonfire area, multiple decks to relax or sunbathe. The restaurant had a great variety celebrating local ingredients and dishes. It is located 15 min from Guatape, which makes it a nice peaceful getaway. Transport can be easily arranged to explore. Will definitely stay here when I have the next opportunity.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. The food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. With its great flavor. They took care of every detail. It is a magical place with very friendly people willing to help and serve customers in a personalized way. I was delighted with the place. It exceeded my expectations. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our travels throughout Colombia! Everything was great from the food, drinks, decor, vibe, and room. Our room had a hot tub and seating area on the balcony with a view of the pool and lake. The beds were super comfy, nice shower, robes, full stocked mini fridge and cocktails were delivered to the room. Prices were comparable to Canada or the US, but worth it. We had cocktails and dinner in the main area, it was a really nice romantic vibe. Brunch on the patio was also very nice with the view. The manager was so great he spoke perfect English and made our stay very warm. Rest of the staff did not speak English but were patient and friendly. There was also a Colombian holiday (December 8) when we went and the hotel gave us candles to celebrate and there was fireworks on the lake. The hotel truly takes boutique hotel to a new level. The hotel is just a short Tuck Tuck ride away, the front desk called one for us and it arrived in 2 minutes and they are all over the downtown. We also did the boat ride, "Yate Majestic" a short TukTuk ride or walk down the road to the lake.

Everything from checkin to check out was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We ate in the restaurant for lunch one day and dinner the next. The food was delicious. Our mushroom had a hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed using. There was even a squirrel that visited at breakfast time for some mango and banana whilst we enjoyed eating in front of our mushroom whilst enjoying the most beautiful view. We also experienced a thunderstorm whilst lying in bed which was lovely to fall sleep too. Our stay really did have the wow factor! So treat yourself!
