The Manager Ben did his best to make sure our early check-in request can be fulfilled. He and his team made us feel we were staying at home. The location is so central and it was easy to go everywhere. Loved our 2-bedroom apartment with balcony. All facilities are very fine. Even the scent smells so nice! It was such a bless to find this place to stay for our unforgettable 4 nights in Shanghai. They have a rooftop bar as well so it was easy to catch up with friends.

One of the coolest experiences, i booked transfer from hotel service, wrote wrong airport but right flight number, and Mr. Kim send the car to the right airport, Thank you mr. Kim!!! Also first time in my traveling life i had experience pf check-in in my room, what a great service. Amazing view from the window, bathroom and good breakfast. cool spa zone with swimming pools small and big one and in love with a gym with a great view.

We liked absolutely everything. Staff is perfect (the reception staff is wow, extremely welcoming). Gym is well equipped. We had one bedroom room and it was huge, with wardrobe, kitchen corner (water was supplied every day). Cleaning was offered every day.
