Best hotel in this Guangzhou area for a business trip. The concierge service was exeptionell, Mr. Kevin solved any of my enquiries and even organized drivers to other cities. The hotel does have it's own VPN so 100% communication with Europe is possible and the wifi is even free.

My stay was absolutely phenomenal, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. The reception team was so welcoming and warm, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were attentive to every little detail and made sure I had all the information I needed, plus they offered helpful local tips with a genuine smile. A special mention must go to the personal assistant, who made my stay truly unforgettable. She studied in Switzerland and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I could possibly need, from personalized activity suggestions to making sure my room was always perfect. Every day, there was a delightful surprise waiting for me at the entrance — whether it was a unique local experience, a thoughtful gesture. It was such a lovely touch that really made me feel special. The room was nothing short of perfection — not only beautifully designed, but every little detail was meticulously thought out. It was clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests' comfort and happiness. This hotel is a true gem, and I honestly can't wait to return. This property paid attention to a crazy amount of details. There was a charger in my room courtesy of the hotel and they also have a midnight noodles bar for guests that are hungry at no cost 😭 and so much more, can’t remember most right now.

The space and apartments are big we stayed in room 1533 and the girl who checked us in was super sweet and welcoming and gave us a room with a good view. Thank you again. Breakfast was really good and included in the price. At the end of the trip we were assisted by Tony, Jerry and Sunny who helped us with our luggage and gave us a gift to remember our stay. Short walk from food and coffee shops, 7eleven in the building for quick essentials. Good location, work trip or on holiday. Pool is stunning.

I arrived at the hotel a day early, without notice. It was peak season, so there were no vacancies, but Gale at the front desk calmly found a solution. He unexpectedly assigned me a nicer room. He also gave me his WeChat ID, which made it very easy to accommodate my request. I hadn't noticed it since I checked in in the evening, but when I opened the curtains in the morning, I was greeted by a forested paradise outside the window. Breakfast was a varied and delicious meal, and dinner offered even more options at a reasonable price. The other guests seemed equally satisfied. The Canton Fair shuttle bus made commuting to and from work very convenient, and the hotel staff were always busy and friendly, both morning and evening. I was disappointed that I didn't see Gale at the front desk again when I checked out. I hope everyone finds the talented and capable Gale! This is a hotel I'd love to visit again.
