Beautiful apartments, very comfortable beds, high-quality renovation, everything is clean. There is a road nearby, and we were worried it would be noisy, but it’s very well-made, and it was very quiet. The location is great, and free parking is very convenient.

What a gem!! This place is so comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Staff are extremely helpful. Paid laundry downstairs is clean. Rooftop is lovely too, but the wifi doesn’t work up there. Short walk to good restaurants, or eating in is nice and simple. We would happily stay again.

We are more than happy to choose this hotel for our last days of a 3 week trip in South America. Everything was perfect. The location is a beautiful suburb, safe and peaceful. The hotel itself is fully renovated, rooms and bathrooms feature an excellent warm style. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the Andes. There are 2 great restaurants in the property and we tested them both. For this quality of hotel and service, I consider this hotel very reasonably priced. Top marks for the stuff, from Patricio at the reception who welcomed us after a long and tiring day traveling, to the stuff in restaurants and cleaning service, they were all great!

It is a classy, beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean. It’s in downtown and within walking distance to many attractions, supermarkets/stores and restaurants. Feeling safe in the area. We felt welcomed the moment we got off the cab front of the hotel. Breakfast was great - eggs are made to order and enough choices and variety to kick start the day. The staff were friendly. They spoke good English. Would definitely come again when visiting Santiago again

Breakfast was amazing, but the waiter, Daniel made it exceptional with his friendliness and the fact that he greeted us all by name! The front door staff were also very helpful and friendly. I also was surprised by my gift of wine in my room received from our housekeeping staff, that made it extra special! Overall, I had a wonderful stay!

The location is amazing. The view of the restaurant and pool amazing as well. The staff was helpful, friendly and wonderful. Quiet and cozy as well with a sence of security. All beautiful. My only comments is that breakfast could be even better (with more variety of sweets and marmalades) and the room had a separate toilet and shower (the shower toom could also have a 2nd toilet). The food and drinks were amazing! We were fascinated by this hotel. Certainly recommmended!
