Location was very convenient. Right across from the train station which can get you to anywhere in the city. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Porters were very attentive and had our bags waiting for us in our room when we got back from exploring the city. Breakfast was top-notch and complimentary. The little touches were great between the chocolates and fresh fruits in the room, dinner recommendations from the concierge, the drop-in from the butler with the chocolate trolley!

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your information apartment 22 in Wallisellen. We received the electronic door and apartment door opening by email last month but had to wait for an hour at 10pm to get into the apartment. The system is not working because no sufficient information was received after three days. Secondly, this apartment is two-story and if you have knee problems or are elderly, you cannot climb up at all, which is very problematic. We received the correct access code by email after kickday, so we were able to get into the apartment on the second floor. We have to leave the apartment open for three days because the system is not working. Thirdly, what you should be informed about is that there is no place to park the car at all in the area. You just pay way too much money and no information was given at all. It's a shame. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone or anyone else. Thank you for your understanding.
