The location is perfect, proximity to tram and train. The hotel is gorgeous. Panagiotis from the Front Desk, is very caring, helpful, kind, customer centric; which is the most important. The service is way better than in other five-star hotels in Europe. He made my stay MAGNIFICENT! I will be recommending it to anyone. It was beyond the expectations that I had.
