My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Spending time there was a truly rejuvenating experience after a day filled with activities in Engelberg. The cleanliness and maintenance of the pool were impeccable, greatly contributing to my enjoyment. I cannot praise enough the delicious breakfast served each morning. The variety and quality of the food surpassed my expectations. From healthy options to indulgent delights, the breakfast was a feast that provided the perfect energy to start the day exploring Engelberg. In summary, my stay at this hotel was great in every aspect. The combination of exceptionally friendly staff, high-quality facilities, and a delicious breakfast created an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Wilen. The location is stunning with beautiful views, the house is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and the welcome was warm. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the region. We would be happy to come back!

What a beautiful location! The atmosphere of Lake Brienz is very sereen and cleansing for the soul. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The interior and decoration make you feel at home immediately. All the comfort a person would need for a relaxing and tranquil break from a busy life.

The female owner was very friendly and spoke easy to understand English, which made me feel at ease. Due to heavy rain, the train from Grindelwald to Interlaken was cancelled, but she was able to show us how to get on the replacement bus, which was a great help.

The staff served us lovely drinks upon our arrival, and they were so incredible and supportive. They booked a really memorable swiss dining experience in the mountains. Additionally, the spa facility was amazing and the breakfast served was fantastic.

The property was spacious and the rooms were cosy. We had good sleep and the property was very clean. we particularly enjoyed the kitchen with many cooking equipment and there was even a variety of spices and flour etc. We discovered a fondue set with a burner. So we proceeded to get our ingredients for a home made fondue. The property overlook the mountains so we could wake up to lovely view of the mountains. The property is located just 10 minutes away from my favourite attraction , First Cliff walk.
