It’s very clean, warm and spacious. It also has a full kitchen that we can do some simple cook and prepare the food for hiking. We will definitely go back if have any chance.

The staff served us lovely drinks upon our arrival, and they were so incredible and supportive. They booked a really memorable swiss dining experience in the mountains. Additionally, the spa facility was amazing and the breakfast served was fantastic.

Friendly reception and very detailed information about the apartment. The location is outside the center, but it's close and you can get there on foot or by bus as there are stops nearby. The view of the mountains is breathtaking, it was incredible to wake up to this landscape. The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people (using a sofa bed), the kitchen is very complete, with utensils and basic ingredients. Everything seems well kept and maintained, very clean and organized. The host always promptly replied to our questions by text and provided what we needed. The balcony is very cozy for relaxing. We recommend looking for a local cheese shop as well as local wines and making a fondue to make your stay even more special. The stay includes the Grindelwald Guest Card which you will receive in person upon check-in.

**An Extraordinary Experience!** I have traveled the world, and never have I experienced such great hospitality as we had at Wirz Chalet. I have read all the comments and reviews here on Booking, so I had some expectations, though JP (the host) managed to exceed them. We stayed in this chalet for five days, and it was our first stop after arriving in Switzerland. Upon entering the chalet, we found that the fridge was stocked with food, bread, and sweets for us. Just 10 minutes later, we received a delicious, freshly-baked cheese pie from JP's mom as a welcome treat. Moreover, JP took us in his car to visit the surrounding local farms, where my little boys enjoyed picking some eggs for breakfast. He also surprised my kids with a ball as a gift, which they insisted on bringing back with them to Saudi Arabia to continue playing with it. This is just a sample of the great experiences we had with this host. In short, JP is revolutionizing and redefining the tourism business with his customer-centric approach.
