The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. We have been recommended by our friends to stay in this beautiful Villa for our holiday. Everything is so good and that exceed our expectations. We made a perfect holiday next to the beautiful lake and got fantastic view. The panoramic lounge has been well maintained by the host with very clean windows. New, stylish apartments. Wonderful view from the window. The kitchen has everything you need. We found special equipment for preparing a local dish, and were very glad that we could cook it ourselves. The city of Lucerne impressed us very much, we will definitely return!
