I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

I sincerely apologize for taking so long to write a review. I stayed in this apartment from May 30th to June 2nd. My husband and I deeply felt the hospitality and warmth of the host. She meticulously introduced us to the use of every appliance in the house and the surrounding environment, making us feel very at ease. The house is fully equipped, and all the appliances are of top quality. From the living room window, you can see the Jungfrau, which was an unexpected delight. What my husband and I found most memorable was the wellness center provided by the host, which had a hot tub and a sauna. Such enjoyment is quite a luxury in our country. After a day of hiking, coming back to enjoy these relaxing services truly felt like paradise. Thank you to this apartment for giving us such a amazing impression of Interlaken.
