Loved our stay here! The staff (all of them) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding are absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool is gorgeous! The breakfast was also really good. Shoutout to the friendly Slovakian waiter that used to work in Malta!

The situation was lovely, in the old part of the town near the river with a view down the valley and not far from the restaurants, baths etc.. The apartment has been renovated with taste.

The accomodation and staff, especially Pablo, were fantastic. Our flight connection was delayed and Pablo helped organise transport so we could still arrive the day planned. We even received a Christmas gift. It was a great location which made it easy to access all Crans-Montana had to offer. The accomodation was modern, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this property.
