A pleasant surprise, just 5-10 minutes on foot from the view of the falls but at the same time far enough to not hear the noise of the amusement park in the city center (the center of Niagara Falls was, in fact, an unpleasant surprise…). The location is therefore excellent, and the room is very spacious, with the possibility to cook and eat in the room. The structure has recently open and the price (August 2024) was very competitive compared to other hotels

This hotel is located less than one mile from the Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls boat tour. It features a full service spa and free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The property is situated in a serene and charming neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from the river. There is a parking area right in front. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and the homemade pancakes for breakfast are even better than that of a 5-star hotel. Jai and her husband, the owners of the place, are very kind and attentive to their guests. The price and quality of this accommodation are simply excellent.

The backyard and the whole house are very cute and pleasant for a stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the owner was eager to support when we forgot an iPod in the house. Special attention at the arrival was very appreciated too.

Great friendly, informative staff, breakfast was very good with plenty of variety...very nice gym, pool. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. 🙂👍
