Everything was excellent — super comfortable beds, very clean, and a great location just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We stayed in a spacious two-room suite with a bedroom and a living area with a kitchen — perfect for a longer stay. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and new slippers provided every day.

We chose the Biljana Hotel for its beach location, view, and indoor heated pool. We want to congratulate the hotel manager for training staff to keep the level of a high-class establishment. All of the staff members are professional, efficient kind and polite, always ready to go beyond their duty to help and solve problems. They knew the standards and followed the house rules carefully, with a smile. The all-inclusive meals are tasty and varied. One can always choose fish (marinated and/or cooked), pork, beef and chicken. The warm menu (including soups) differs every day, keeping the salad choice and dessert constant. It was astonishing the hotel managed to keep the variety of choices even if there were only a few guests in-house. The spa offers a good choice of service and the indoor pool (heated to 26°C) is better than you would imagine seeing the pictures. Its size allows you to swim 50 meters if you take the whole loop! The hotel is ON the beach, so the elevator gets you right there! The room we chose had a full view over the beach, sea and old town island so it was a dream! It is seldom that a hotel has a real fridge! I mean a fridge with compressor, very silent, that can provide 4°C or less! Great choice! As for the vicinity, there is a very good supermarket 3 minutes walk away, the old town can be reached half an hour on foot. Excellent.

Everything was amazing. The staff are super nice, the all inclusive is great, the restaurants and all the food are delicious and very diverse. The rooms are spacious. There are so many programs and the animation team is top. I celebrated my birthday here, they helped to arrange cake, flowers, special dinner setting, etc. They were amazing. For sure we will return. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk. There are so many shopping opportunities around, even an exchange place right in the hotel. The spa is also great.

We have visited a lot of locations around the Black Sea coast, and this apartment is exceptional compared to others. The apartment is spacious and very clean; it was easy to find from the main ring road, and parking the car went smoothly. It has new air conditioners, and the washing machine was very handy. The apartment is located a one and a half minute walk from the sea boulevard, with great beach restaurants nearby, a tip; just to the right of the apartment is the Surf School with an excellent atmosphere. It is just a 5 minute walk to the city's main boulevard, where there are a lot of restaurants, shops, and kids' activities, and it's close to the old town and main tourist locations ; Camel Safari park, Action Aquapark in Sunny Beach, and we recommend the Aquapark in Nesebar. Our kids loved the swimming pool in front of the apartment the most. It's a perfect stay for families. The host is very helpful, always available for questions or information, and speaks perfect English. Highly recommended, we will visit again!

Absolutely great hotel!!! Needs more than 5 star. Food was superb, drinks delicious, daily cleaning. I never have been in better hotel. Absolutely TOP! Thank you

Perfectly designed, quite compact considering all the facilities. Great placement of all the pools and slides. Excellent food, everything around is super clean and fresh. Very friendly and helpful staff speaking good and very good English. Very well deserved 5 stars.
