I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff who made sure every detail was taken care of. The food was exceptional — every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. But my personal favorite feature was the outdoor heated pool. It was the perfect place to relax, especially in the evening when the temperatures were cooler.

The house is very big and cosy. It has everything you need for a long stay. You can rent ski equipment for free. Also the shuttle bus to the gondola in Bansko is included in the accommodation price. Swimming pools are perfect after a long day on the slopes (you can take towels from the spa reception). Everyday day cleaning. Amazing staff.

The spa is fabulous. Breakfast and dinner have a homemade, healthy approach, although it is evident that the chefs have basic abilities, nothing spectacular. The rooms are very spacious.

The hotel is very clean. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast and dinner were very well cooked. Not a huge variety of choices, but enough with high quality of produce. The spa and pools were superb (clean and well maintained). The play room and salt room for the kids were excellent with lots of toys. Overall the entire staff at the property were very friendly and professional.

Our stay was unique, the hotel is at the 5 star level. As soon as you enter, you feel luxury. Unique culinary delights, varied every day, a huge fitness and spa center with mineral hot water. The rooms are spacious with a great view. The staff is very kind and helpful. They also offer additional attractions such as horse riding and ATV. We will definitely be back there very soon. We recommend 100%.
