Beautifully decorated hotel. Room was quite ample for a couple with all the facilities that one would expect and need. Staff were very helpful especially since we checked in at a very late hour in the day. Magnificent breakfast started us off on the right footing every morning and upon our return from exploring enchanting but cold Brugge, we always found a gleaming room awaiting us.

What's more - if you think you forgot something - don't worry, you will definitely find it on the spot. Nina has already thought about it. But while the property is important, it's not the most important thing. The most important thing is Nina and Frank's service. Their help in every situation, every time you think it's impossible, they will do everything to make it possible. I've traveled quite a bit and many times memories of a successful stay were obliterated by terrible service. In renting, it's a matter of trust. You rent not only a comfortable apartment, but also the comfort of feeling safe, understood and satisfied. You can be sure that with Nina and Frank nothing will disappoint your expectations. They understand very well what business is all about, that good business should be strived for, is made up of people, through great service and great relationships Thank you for everything.
