Beautiful room and bathroom. Sauna was very good, clean and private, we booked 25 minutes before the usage and free. Breakfast was delicious and wide selection. Steep climb from the old town, but we are sportsmen.

The staff are amazing! We felt so welcome on our arrival, (please thank the lovely red haired girl for us! ❤️❤️) From the moment we were picked up by the airport transfer service they provide to the moment we left, we felt so incredibly thankful we got to stay here. A great breakfast service is put on each day, with a great selection of foods to choose from. To the lovely man who helped us learn about the European windows and how they function … we’re sorry 😅 we both thank you for not laughing at us! The rooms are spacious, with great views, and superb location. We will both be back to stay here again on our return to Sarajevo. Your country has stolen our hearts ❤️

It was an incredibly beautiful experience. The house was detached and the double floor made us very comfortable. It was very nice as hygiene, I rate it as 10/10. I highly recommend it to all my friends and everyone. I had no problem with parking, there was a private parking lot for us. The lady in charge was very friendly and explained all the instructions very quickly. Also, having a child never created a problem for us. Premium TV service can be considered as a bonus. It was very close to the center. I really congratulate him and I look forward to coming again.

The heart of this hotel is Elena, the team leader — a woman with amazing charm, attentiveness, and a natural gift for hospitality. Because of her and the entire staff, you feel more like you're visiting kind friends than simply staying at a hotel. The breakfast is exceptional — rich, fresh, delicious, with everything you could possibly want. And the fact that you can always enjoy a cup of coffee and a cookie throughout the day might seem like a small thing, but it’s actually a sign of true care. This isn’t just service — this is heartfelt hospitality. The staff, from the cleaning lady to the manager, are all extraordinarily polite, respectful, and kind. I even had the chance to meet the owner — a wonderful, thoughtful man, clearly someone who has put not only investment into this place, but heart and soul. The rooms are new, fresh, and designed with real intelligence. Every detail — the lighting, the sockets, the furniture, the amenities — is there to make the guest’s stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. You can tell that every centimeter of space was carefully considered. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the city center, but surprisingly peaceful and quiet. At night, you sleep in total silence, as if you're far from the hustle and bustle. Cleanliness is impeccable — daily housekeeping is done to the highest standard. The bed and mattress are large, new, and incredibly comfortable — after a long day of exploring Sarajevo, falling asleep here is a real treat.

What I loved most was how easy it was to get in with the smart keypads and how perfectly central the location was. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely everything I needed and more. The host was fantastic with communication and quick to answer any questions—I’d 100% recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sarajevo.

The breakfast set-up in the Kiren Restuarant was beautifully thought threw. The Manager and his breakfast staff was top notch and very attentful at all times. They did an amazing job at the wedding we attendend as we well. Our room was beautifully furnished. The service staff ladies who cleaned our room were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will definately come back soon :-)

My trip was 5 days. The restaurant that serve breakfast was 5 stars for only two days. My room was clean, quite and very confirmable (Bed, Sofa and bathroom). Laundry service was super fast.
