There was an issue with the room we had booked so the team promptly contacted us and moved us to a myQuartier apartment on the other side of town. This was a newer apartment and was in a good location so actually it worked out perfectly for us. Communication was very good, the My Quartier team responded quickly to any queries.

We had an amazing, relaxing time in Hotel Rastbichlhof. The surroundings are very peaceful just like the pictures suggest and we had a wonderful view of the Glacier from our balcony. The staff was very friendly and they provided us with all the information we needed about hiking trails and public transportation. Even though we didn't have a car it was quite easy to move around using the local bus service. I would definitely consider going back!
