Tauernspa is so good that we didn’t want to go skiing. A huge area of so many activities! The water world, the sauna world, the hotel spa, you will not know which to choose first. The room was spacious, with big storing space for the luggage, warm, clean, modern. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Great quality and variety. For dinner there is the buffet and a choice for the main course between 4 menus. Everything we tried the 3 days of our stay was great in taste and presentation. There is a garage on -2 floor and they have trolleys to carry your luggage easily. If you go early the first day they give you access to the spa before the check in. Very friendly staff. Not to miss: •The cocktail hour in the outside 36 degrees pool by the snow. •The big sauna events- especially the rock’n’ roll and the pirate- at 90 degrees and a dive in the cold pool after that! •The panorama glass-wall pool on the top floor. Highly recommended!!!

The BEST LOCATION EVER for ski in Austria!! This is a 5 star Hotel , with the most beautiful chalets!! We stayed in 306 . Clean , comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

I really don't understand why this hotel doesn't has 5 stars, it is really that good. Grand, nice views, great spa area, gourmet meals, nice rooms, fireplace lounge with a nice, cosy feeling. We went during Christmas and they had a cocktail party where everybody received a small present, no extra charge. All the staff is very attentive. Special thanks to our waiter Mircea who has taken such good care of us. Keep up the good work
