The apartment is new. The location is very superior, and it is very convenient to go to various scenic spots. The surrounding supporting facilities are also very complete. The apartment is very clean and tidy and well equipped. The decor is modern, comfortable and functional. The rooms are spacious and soundproof. The surrounding scenery is also beautiful. The host is very friendly and helped us a lot. I will choose to stay at this hotel next time.

This place is beyond amazing! Every single penny is absolutely worth it. The attention to detail and the delightful ambiance immediately transport you to a luxurious paradise. The sauna and the spacious apartments, equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, exceeded our expectations. We initially planned to stay for one day and later booked a smaller apartment for an extra day, and we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered the chance to extend our stay in our first bigger apartment. It's truly a top-notch place! And to top it off, they even provide a Summer card that gives you free daily rides on the mountain cable car and unlimited access to public transport in the region.

We was as the whole group 10 people very satisfied from the first moment to the last. All was prepared at our arrival. we just pick up the key and join fantastic dinner. Rooms was clean and perfect enough for the stay. Big enough for 2 persons to spend holiday. All 10 had nice light rooms and perfect clean every day. Food was excellent every day. Choice of 3 main courses with salad, soup and dessert. restaurant and bar open until you leave. Never a problem with anything like changes or different food. Always smiling personal including the owner who help solve all things we need. Ski bus in front of the hotel. The biggest contribution to the fantastic stay beside mention all positive things already was the personal. Always helpful and smiling. highly recommend to stay here even if location is perhaps not absolutely top, but ski bus solve that as well. car take less then few minutes to downtown of Schladming.

We were really impressed by the view, the room has an stunning view to the lake, the studio room was big, cozy furnished, very clean with comfortable and big bed. We've enjoyed an abundant breakfast buffet with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive and responsive. Last but not least, we had great time during the dinner in a la cart restaurant. All the dishes we ordered were really delicious. We recommend a memorable desert: Salzburg Nockerl. It was the best one we've eaten, even better than the famous ones in Salzburg. Just a small tip for dinner: make an upfront reservation because the restaurant is almost anytime fully booked.
