The property was absolutely unbelievable! From the gorgeous views, delicious food and amazing spa this was by far one of the best hotels we’ve been to. The staff was so warm and helpful and we felt relaxed from the moment we walked into the door.

The staff is exceptional. Every care to remember our needs was evident while we enjoyed half board service. Additionally, there always a “snack hour” included for hotel guests from 1500-1630 with hot foods, soups, and dessert. The pool was warm and the spa area small but well appointed with steam, sauna, water beds, and lounge area. Our last morning was the day before Easter and our breakfast table delighted the kids as it was decorated with chocolate bunnies and candies! Could not recommend this more!

Everything about the hotel was what my son and I expected. The suites were finished in a very modern style and the artificial fireplace was the icing on the cake. The spa area was well dimensioned for the size of the hotel and the views from the top floor of the surrounding mountains was spectacular. The food we ate there, whether breakfast, afternoon "snack" or supper never disappointed.

Situated 100 metres from the centre of Mayerhofen, this hotel has a heated indoor and outdoor pool, and a Finnish sauna. There is a ski bus stop just outside the building, and free parking on site.

The hotel was great. Lovely large rooms. Good breakfast and 5 course evening meal. Ski hire on site made it very convenient. Great location 50m from lift. Staff were all very friendly. Nina, at reception, was fantastic before and during our stay!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and flexible. My partner has special food allergies and the kitchen has planned a menu for him and he even got a dessert that was planned based with his allergies. This was so heartwarming and felt very special. Thank you again!

This traditional 4-star hotel is only a 5-minute walk away from the centre of Mayrhofen, and a 10-minute walk from the cable cars. A ski bus stop is right outside.
