The staff were so friendly and very accomodating. The location of the hotel was excellent only minutes to the city centre and gondola. Breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant was of a very high standard.

Good location, cca 100 next the slope. Very spacy rooms. Nice staff, very tasty breakfast and dinner. Parking in hotel garage included.

This was an amazing hotel! The beautiful location at the foot of the mountain and at walking distance (downhill :) from Kitzbuhel centre, the cosy room(next time we would like a bigger one!), the views, the gardens, the rich and tasty breakfast (9 types of honey!), the spa but ABOVE ALL the staff with their attention to detail and care for all our needs!! Special thanks to Patricia at reception and the entire team of all the ladies and gentlement for everything they did to make this trip a memorable one! We will come back!!!

We have been coming here for over 15 years and have seen the hotel, which was always fabulous, improve on every visit. The most recent upgrade gives an even more elevated experience while keeping the cosy, friendly, alpine atmosphere. The staff are wonderful. Special thanks for waitresses Femke and Louise. Beds comfortable, rain shower exhilarating, Breakfast full of wonderful choices and a large array of tea. We love the location. 5 minutes walk into town but it is on the edge of town surrounded by trees and fields. Very peaceful. See you next year!
