Our stay at the Nesslerhof was absolutely wonderful, with warm hospitality and a real sense of care from everyone we met. The spa area was incredible, the food was outstanding, and the rooms were beautiful with super comfortable beds. A big shout-out to Elias in the restaurant, whose friendly service and spot-on wine recommendations made our dinners extra special. We can’t wait to come back. The photos online do not do this hotel justice. It’s hard to believe but it’s even better and more beautiful in real life!

Completely extended in 2020 and located in the centre of Großarl in the Ski Amadé region, Berg-Leben features a large, top-floor spa area. The cable car is just a short walk away.

Very friendly and helpful personell. We travelled as a family with our 5 year old son. We went there for hicking and I got from the reception the best recommendation on where to go. The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, with a personal touch in every room. The breakfast had everything we wanted and a cozy atmosphere. Also the restaurant in the evening was a pleasure. It is situatued right in the center of Großarl, which makes it very easy to either go for a hike right there or take the bus. I would come back again, any season.

Wonderful facilities, particularly the swimming pools and sauna area, separate adults-only sauna area. Delicious and extensive breakfast buffet, high quality 4-course evening meal for only €20 extra, fantastic value, particularly the gala dinner. Location very close to lifts and ski shops - we used the ski depot at the lift station which was very conveniently located (next to the excellent Rambazambar) Friendly and efficient staff in restaurant and at reception, immaculately clean rooms and public areas. Non-skiers in the group enjoyed the daily (free) activities, including yoga and hikes. Skiers enjoyed the local Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area, and easy 15 minute bus links to Alpendorf and Bad Hofgastein
