The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

We went for my husband’s birthday and they made it so special without me even asking. All staff were informed and went the extra mile. Situated along the South Africa-Botswana border, Palala Game Lodge is 75 km from Lephalale. We booked here on the spur of the moment, and it did not disappoint. Our favorite part of the night we spend here was the game drive and "bush bar" and the amazing dinner overlooking the lodge pool. The food is out of this world! Each dinner guest gets there own waiter and they are well trained and attentive. The room was luxurious, and the overall decor very tasteful. We loved all the "African" touches, sculptures, walkways and art. We are so glad we took a chance to visit and would do it again.
