I loved that the place was inside a beautiful gated wildlife preserve. I felt very safe and secure there. A delightful bonus was seeing giraffe feeding on the trees so close to the walking path just steps from the guest house door! I also saw a warthog and some impala very nearby the place as well. It was a lovely experience staying here! I loved sitting on the porch watching the sunset and hearing the birds singing in the mornings! The hosts Zelda and George were very kind and made sure I found the place alright. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns.

Everything was perfectly organized and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The location is stunning, even more beautiful than the photos. It's truly special to watch the wildlife at the waterhole right from your breakfast table or poolside lounger. But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the game drives with Thomas! Thomas is an incredible guide who knows everything about the animals and nature, and he goes above and beyond to make the experience as special as possible for his guests. The rooms are quite big and the garden around the pool area is just stunning. There is also a three stories high lookout- perfect to enjoy your sundowner. I can really recommend this place

The breakfast was incredible - not only was it presented in a first-class manner, it was also super freshly prepared. the atmosphere of the lodge with its attention to the smallest detail is unbelievable! we felt welcome and at home from the very first second - the reality is even better than the pictures suggest! Thank you very much for this great experience - we enjoyed every second and are already looking forward to our next trip to South Africa.

They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge.
