One of the best camps we’ve ever been. Done previously many safaris , so I can fairly compare. This place is not about artificial ( and sometimes stupid) over-luxury ; it goes straight to the point of what a great bush camp should be . Tents are very comfy, new and clean , food is above expectations, perfect location. But what makes this place very special is the staff .. they are all incredibly good and make you feel that managing and running a camp in the bush seems the easiest thing in the world ( and we know it is not)… they really deserve a “Bravo!” Safari to kruger ( 15 minutes to reach the gate) included in the rates , and also very close to Sabi sands; they arrange safari there ( try at least once) for a small extra cost . With all this next to your camp, you’ll have the chance to spot the big five and many more animals in very few days. Overall a wonderful stay for newbie and also for weathered safari guys . price/quality ratio 10 on 10… amazing ! Thank you all guys, and see you very soon again!

I cried when I was leaving. The staff was so kind and welcoming, the house where I stayed had everything needed, the food was fantastic and safaris were really amazing, I saw so many animals! Part of the Greater Kruger area, Kapama River Lodge is situated in the expansive 15,000-hectare Kapama Private Game Reserve. The experience was amazing, our guide Azaria was perfect and told us a lot of interesting info and met our expectations everyday, the Lions and Leopard was perfect and to complete the plan, the food was delicious, fine dining world class with service and highest quality.

Situated in the Balule Nature Reserve, Muweti Bush Lodge offers the opportunity for wildlife encounters at its waterhole, where elephants and other game come to drink. The photos on Booking.com don't do justice to this delightful camp, with a capacity of 6 guests! Lovely setting around a magnificent pool area,and large luxury tent accomodation.Food was fabulous, and the game drives were great,in particular our last morning one where we sat amongst a pride of lions,and then a herd of Elephants.Thanks Hardis (and Valerie),and Neil.

Situated along the Olifants River, Bushriver Lodge features two swimming pools and a large deck with BBQ facilities. Great location on the river- beautiful setting!

Naledi Lodges lies within the Balule Game Reserve and is located 25 km from Hoedspruit. It boasts panoramic views of the African savannah and features an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant and bar. Amazing location and top class service from Sally and her team. Excellent guides, Vuyani and Sydwell provided us with many great animal sightings and shared their extensive knowledge of the animals and the land.

Pondoro is set on the banks of the Olifants River inside the 50 000 ha Balule Private Game Reserve inside the Greater Kruger National Park (Game drive traverse 30 000 acres). To the Pondoro staff and in particular our guide Dewald and tracker Andres, thank you for the unforgettable experience! Dewald and Andres were very knowledgeable about wildlife, and we got to see the big 5 - including a leopard poised on a tree with its kill - and many other animals up close over a 4 day tour. Back at the lodge, everything from food to room had a personal touch. The kitchen did amazing breakfast (avo toast and Pondoro breakfast were our favourites) and exceptional starters, and the rooms were cleaned 2-3 times a day with a personal pick me up note each time. Truly a stellar experience!
